"It has been an honor and privilege to serve as CEO/Executive Director of New Dimensions. As a Co-Founder, I've thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful journey from the agency's inception to today. I have greatly benefitted and been able to utilize the outstanding education I received at the University of Southern California, where I graduated with honors and received my master's degree in social work and PPS credential. With over 30 years experience working with youth, I truly believe this is my anointing from God. Outside of working tirelessly serving our youth and families, I enjoy spending quality time with my family (which includes my two adorable dogs), reading and practicing yoga...oh and eating an occasional scoop of mint chip ice cream or piece of chocolate!"
"As one of the co-founders of New Dimensions, my primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the administrative aspects of the company. With my extensive educational background, including a Master's degree in counseling and PPS credential, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I have been actively involved in the field of social work for over two decades, starting with adoptions 1997 and then transitioned to New Dimensions in 2002. Furthermore, I am incredibly proud to be a parent to three wonderful adult children, which has provided me with invaluable insights and perspectives on the joys and challenges of parenthood. Through my experiences and qualifications, I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our youth."
"With a 37-year career in social work, including the last 13 years at New Dimensions, I've broadened my knowledge and skills to deepen my profession. With a Master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, I recognize the complexities of supporting individuals and families in overcoming problems. Maintaining a work-life balance is essential for me. Aside from social work, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in different cultures, and admiring nature's beauty. My experience, academic background, and passion for personal development have turned me into a professional committed to positively impacting the lives of others."
"I have spent two decades at New Dimensions, currently fulfilling the position of ISFC Supervisor. This opportunity has provided me with valuable knowledge about the obstacles encountered by historically marginalized communities that are difficult to reach, which is my passion. I also have a background in the HIV/AIDS community and bring this knowledge to New Dimensions to assist with health care needs of the youth as needed. I am the Chairperson for the Urban Coalition for HIV/AIDS Prevention Services and a member of the California Planning Group, among other affiliations."
"I have been an asset with New Dimensions for over six years in total with responsibilities ranging from agency social worker, trainer, to intervention coordinator and clinical supervisor. I obtained my Masters in Social Work in 2013 and my License in 2017. My expertise lies in trauma, grief and loss, addiction and suicide prevention. I have a deep passion for the work I do and believe in the mission new dimensions has for our community."

“I have consistently harbored a profound commitment to serving disadvantage communities, which motivated my attendance at Stanislaus State College, where I obtained my Master of Social Work. Having been a foster child, I understand the experience of lacking a support system to navigate life's trials and barriers. As a social worker, I aspire to provide the support structure I desired during my time as a foster adolescents. My mission is to assist, empower, and advocate for foster children. I am thankful to my supervisors and coworkers for their support and advice as I embark on my journey to offer services.”
"Social worker isn't the only role I hold. Mother, yogi, and amazing friend are also titles with which I relate. I pursued my bachelors degree, teaching credential and masters degree at Simpson University in Redding, CA. As a social worker with foster youth for eighteen years, I offer a unique perspective and approach to my work. As tough as a cream-puff, I realize that relationship breeds influence and strive to meet youth exactly where they are. I think of New Dimensions as my family and consider myself lucky to work alongside my best friends."
"I have been an Agency Social Worker with New Dimensions since 2011. I obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2004. My expertise lies in Foster Care, Child Welfare, and Forensic Mental Health. I have been actively involved in this profession since 1998, providing services to both adults and children. I have a deep passion for the work I do. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, cooking and reading."

I have a masters degree in Psychology through the Marriage, Family & Child Counseling Program (MFCC), as well as a credential to teach special education working with moderately to severely disabled students. My past experience includes being a teacher, an administrator, a regional center case manager and a county social worker. "
"In addition to serving in a dual role as an agency social worker and performance and quality improvement (PQI) coordinator, I am an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and child welfare fields in the state of California. I have a proven track record of of driving impactful collaborations and data-driven foster care services strategies. I completed my undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross, and I pursued graduate studies at Fordham University. My hobbies include exercising, reading, and spending time with my family. I continue to make a substantial contribution to New Dimensions Foster Family Agency with my profound expertise and passion by encouraging agency innovation, with the aim of enhancing the general health and well-being of children and youth in placement."

"Since the start of 2021, my journey with the agency has been nothing short of incredible. From my humble beginnings as Agency Support Staff, where I diligently oversaw visits and provided valuable assistance with various tasks, to my transition as a transport coordinator during the summer of the following year, I have witnessed tremendous growth and development within myself. However, it was in 2023 when I truly found my calling within New Dimensions. I had the privilege of becoming a support counselor, working closely with and mentoring youth aged 10-18. This role has allowed me to make a profound impact on the lives of these young individuals, guiding them towards a brighter future and empowering them to overcome any obstacles they may face."
"I am grateful for the support of my colleagues and supervisors at New Dimensions who have helped me grow and develop in my career over the years. In 2015, I served as a transport coordinator and supervisor and in 2020 I transitioned to the role of ISFC Support Counselor. I take pride in my abilities to develop and maintain healthy relationships with the youth I have the pleasure of working with. My unique approach of support through one on one sessions allows for the youth to gain the knowledge to foster and build healthier relationships with themselves as well as with other members of the community. "As a support counselor at New Dimensions, I am highly regarded by the youth I assist. My talent for building connections and fostering a secure environment is invaluable to both the young individuals and their families. "As a former foster youth that was placed through New Dimensions myself, I wanted to have a full circle moment by helping other children with similar backgrounds. After aging out of the system, I've had the goals and ambitions of becoming a social worker, so working at the agency that supported me and helped me succeed was the best approach to gain practical experience and insight into the organization's operations. As I am currently a student at Stanislaus State University pursuing my MSW, I am also working alongside my hero's as a Community Outreach Coordinator. Simply put, I facilitate communication between the organization and the community by organizing events, promoting fundraisers, and raising awareness of our services."
